Five books that mademe a kinder code reviewer
None of them are about code. All of them are about people.
The books that changed how I review code are not about code at all. They are about listening, about patience, and about assuming good intent.
Each one taught me something small: ask before you tell, praise in specifics, and remember that the person on the other side of the diff had a long day too.
A review is a conversation, not a verdict. These books helped me remember that on the days I forgot.
WAS THIS USEFUL?
